Mootaga Sweets grew from weekend bakes shared across a crowded family table. Today, the spirit is the same: generous flavour, thoughtful details and the simple pleasure of passing something sweet around.
Our menu follows the seasons and the ingredients we love. Pandan is folded into cloud-light sponge, gula Melaka deepens caramel, and bright local citrus lifts rich butter pastry.
There is no grand performance here—just a small team, a warm oven and sweets made properly.
